“I've been using KvL CX Assistant for a while now and it's become part of my daily workflow. At first I wasn't sure it would actually save much time, but after using it consistently I can honestly say it has made quoting and managing multiple drivers much easier. It cuts down on repetitive tasks, keeps everything organised, and helps me respond to opportunities much faster. It's not perfect, but the developer is actively improving it and adding useful features based on feedback. Overall, it's been a worthwhile investment and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who spends a lot of time on Courier Exchange.”
